Hi Samsung users. I am using Samsung galaxy j7 pro for last 7 months. It is not a bad device . But recently I am not getting any software update . My security patch level 1 May , 2018 . But other users have got security patch level 1 June, 2018 in their last software update. I also tried Manually to get software update. But yet I am not getting any software update. Please help or suggest me what I should do now . Thanks all for reading my post

You have mentioned other users, Are they from same region as you?

if not, wait till they releases for your region.

Yeah . They are from same region as me . I am from Bangladesh. Some of my relatives got last software update.
