Open My Files > internal Storage > open folder named Calls. You can see the list of recorded call & can delete the desired one.
OR
Open call log and select the log for the caller for which recording need to be deleted. Then press the info symbol, from there you can see a trash symbol to delete the recording.
If your device supports recycle bin, delete them from there too. Open 'My files' and tap on the three dots at the top corner to see recycle bin (if available).
