Thank you for reaching out to the Samsung community! We would like to inform you that the device cannot be use as a mass storage when connected with a TV. If your computer is unable to detect the device as mass storage, we suggest to follow the below steps to reinstall the driver. Please let us know what steps you have taken and if you have noticed any changes or improvements as this will help the Community to provide you further troubleshooting steps without repeating any procedure which you may have already followed.
- Use Samsung original USB cable.
- Right Click on "My Computer", Go to "Manage" and Select "Device Manager".
- Select "Universal Serial Bus Controller".
- Right Click on Samsung Mobile USB Composite Device and Click on Uninstall.
- Select "OK" to uninstall the device drivers completely.
- Once Done, Disconnect the Device from PC and Reconnect, the device drivers will install automatically.
- For Manual Installation of Device Drivers, kindly download the same from the link given: - http://www.samsung.com/in/support/model/GT-I9100RWASLK-downloads
