galaxy j7 max earphones not detecting! anyone help me

At first there was an issue with my speaker! Suddenly my speaker was nt working but my earphones  was working and ive installed an app and after that my headphones are not detecting but speaker is working! Can anyone help me to resolve this issue?

try closing your music apps and restart the phone with the earphones plugged in
