some part of the file can't delete. even if you formatted it will be still there

by the DCIM its a file for camera if im not wrong . so why would you delete a file system which might cause error on your phone system . this is belong to your phone so it should be there . so u can delete photos but not entire file

It is file system folder which cannot be deleted. DCIM is where all pictures are stored.
