Please add fingerprint feature like swiping down for notification, scrolling up/down while using internet browser/file manager/reading documents, moving between tabs( in Google chrome) by swiping left/right. If it is possible!
if not give the reason behind this.

No, because it's not Samsung, but Google has to update Chrome to support gestures on fingerprint sensor.

Depends on type of finger print sensor. If it is of capacitive type and can recognise finger swipes (unlike the one found on S6, S6E, S7, S7E), then it is possible through software updates
