fake Updation

I downloaded and installed the oreo updation with a huge expectation. But the after effect was very worse. A software updation with nothing. Just got some improvement in camera. And got call recording facility. This is not what we were expected from Samsung. Because of ur fake Updation customers are loosing their's trust in Samsung. After the updation galaxy applications are not working. Please do the needful things to clear the bugs.
