I am using j7 smartphone ;since 2015 ...I recently got a software update notification of 208mb .I downloaded it and Select the option (Install now).Everything is going smoothly but ...after 1min (in rebooting)An Error has been came.then again 1 notification came software updation failure visit Samsung service centre .I don't know about this errors .then I saw it about on Google it was said that "clear Google play store cache "Therefore I done it ...and repeat the process again but same errors came . Thus "I don't know what to do now"..
