charging slow.

after Android pie and one ui update.my phone become too much slow to charge. its take over 6hours to 0 to 100% charge. please fix problem asap. cheers!

please reset your phone... sometime after update this kind of problem are coming... plz reset your set will be in normal condition....

yes factory reset..... i did after factory reset after that good performing my device.

Before resetting your phone check the following.
1. Is your charger good? Try charging another phone with your charger or try charging your phone with another samsung charger.
2. Is your phones charging port clean? If not clean it with some alcohol and try again.
If these steps fail do a factory reset. Backup your data with Smart Switch and reset your phone. Let us know the result.
