Hey Mbuso, Firstly, Clear The Cache & Data Of The Camera App : To Do That Press & Hold The Camera App, On The Pop Up Menu Press App Info> Then Click Storage It's There Secondly, Do A Soft Reset On Your Device, To Do That Press VOlume Down+ Power Button At The Same Time For 10 Seconds, (Ignore The Screenshot). Also Make Sure That You Phones Software Is Up To Date.
If All That Doesn't Work Try "Resetting The Settings" Of Your Device : To Do That Go To Setttings> General Management > Reset & Then Reset The Settings From There.
