camera issue

I found this issue on samsung J6,camera keeps stopping and selfie camera doesn't totally work,how can I fix it?someone kindly help me out here

Wipe cache partation from recivery menu

no I don't,is it same as safe mode?

but it is not difficult and complex just turn off your phone then press volume up and power until you see device name leave the button
