Bluetooth does not working. When I click for switch on bluetooth it is not going to on. 

What can I do please help!  Is it service issue or hardware problem?

1.Try restarting the phone.
2. Go to setting>Apps>menu>show system apps>search Bluetooth > Storage>clear cache and clear data
3. Check whether software is up to date.
