You go to the samsung page and test the diagnostic page. STEP 1 : Go to Samsung Member page in this bootom there you can see a Get help.
STEP 2 : In this page you can see a Diaganose press on START . STEP 3: In tis you can find a BLUETOOTH symbol prees it, the system will automatically troubleshoot the problem.

Go to settings>general management>select reset>click on reset network settings

Also clear Bluetooth cache/data
