Hi I have bought OnePlus Wireless  Z bluetooth headphones  but I am unable to connect to my Samsung J7 2016 model...

Can u please provide help on it

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Reset app preferences.
Settings > Apps > More option or on three dots at the top right corner of the screen > Reset App Preferences

 

2. Clear paired list
Settings > Connection and turn on Bluetooth > Setting option along with the paired device > Unpair.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
