battery drain

i updated my mobile from 9.0 to 10 with one ui 2.0 in samsung j4 (j400f).after update it is draining battery heavy with use or not.so guys please help me .

 version: 

 

 is there any solution for downgrade from 10 to 9 in j4?

if possible given me a link to download the firmware.
