an update for call recorder and app lock

Isn't that possible Samsung next update provide me call recorder and app lock feature in the update?

I have contacted them many times but they didn't give me a satisfying answer.

Samsung has built call recoder but due to some country policy this feature is not in some countries and in Pakistan too

everybody uses third parties apps for this purpose so why they allow them if its the reason

I don't know bro. But its a country policy. In some countries you can also turn off camera shutter sound. But in some regions u can't

but why Samsung doesn't give them authentication and why the are not improving there system according to country rules for convince them
