always on display

Hello users,

I have galaxy j7 pro. When I use always on display feature at that time surrounding whole screen is dimmed on if mobile is kept at dark place.

So can any solution to only work the clock and  notification icon not wholly screen.       

How to resolve this issue.

Dear always on display means at that case only clock and notification is visible and surrounding screen is turn off is the condition of always on display ok.
but in my j7 pro case clock and notification is visible and surrounding screen is also dimmely on means it appears grey color when I seen it in dark place and night.

i ask how to resolve this problem.i want only specific clock and notification icon work on AOD not whol screen

factory reset your device, because after factory reset my issue got resolved.

after factory data reset no issue resolve still same gray screen shows

no, one of the samsung member faced it and factory reset resolved the issue .

Check AOD update in Galaxy Store. Because at time of launch that was an issue for all J7 pro users but after a OTA update and AOD update, it was solved. Even I faced the same problem till 2-3 months from purchase. In fact, all J7 Pro users had face it.
