It started few days ago. Earlier that, I had turned on move to sd card option on my device which worked fine. But since few days, even after "move to se card" option is on, all my whatsapp files, backups and data bases are being saved to /Internal Storage/Android/media/com.whatsapp/Whtsapp. I even tried factory reset, but didn't worked. There is no issue with my sd card cause it worked with same sd card before and other apps are still saving files to it like chrome, play books and youtube. What should I do?
After i moved Watsapp to sd card using Device Care app, it worked for some days, but after 3 days my Whatsapp media again started to be stored in Internal Storage!! I am puzzled. There is no problem of sd card, or of whatsapp. Please HELP as soon as possible..!!!
It's the issue of samsung. It no more stores the data in sd card. Same is the issue with Galaxy A6. Now I am just disappointed in Samsung for no response.
