What happened to Samsung members app?

Dear Samsung members app users,

Why Samsung members app is not behaving properly? At first the Samsung members app was crashing even after I uninstall and then reinstalled it and now it's opening but not showing my profile properly as well as many tabs are missing in the home page.

Is anyone else facing similar issues with the Samsung members app? Even I'm posting this post from the Samsung members website and not the app. Is there any way to resolve this issue?
