What does "Customisation service" means?

Dear Samsung Members,

I've seen an option called, "Customisation service" on some of the or all of the Samsung's apps such as Calendar, Camera etc. and currently, it's "Paused" for me.

I would like to know, what does "Customisation service" means and what's the use of this option? If I activate it or turn it ON, then what will happen?
