When I connect OTG it doesn't detect pendrive , but it started charging

What a crazy thing happening?!!!
I too used the USB back up feature in my J3 pro , but haven't experienced anything like this...
Try clear data of USB Back up app and then restart your phone. Afterwards connect your phone with the USB, then it may get connected properly.
