I HAVE PURCHASED A WINGS TECHNO WIRELESS EARBUDS. I HAVE  ATTEMPTED SEVERAL TIMES TO PAIR WITH MY SAMSUNG GALAXY J7 MAX . BUT IT DOES NOT . I AM HELPLESS . I DONOT KNOW WHAT TO DO. PLEASE HELP ME

To resolve "Bluetooth connectivity" issue kindly follow the given below step:

>>Reset app preferences: Settings >Apps >Tap on More option or on three dots >Reset App Preferences.

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
