you guys are talking about indian networks but I don't live in India so I don't have VoLTE

We're glad you reached out here with your concern. We would like to inform you that VoLTE is SIM service and it will activate automatically when you insert 4G SIM and set is in Auto mode. Also would like to tell you Samsung India has provided the feature of VoLTE now please coordinate with the service provider for any further query related to VoLTE.
