Videos not playing properly on my Galaxy J7max phone

My Samsung J7 Max video get hanged while playing any video either via YouTube/FaceBook/whatsapp or playing video stored on phone since 2 month , I suspect it's happening due to recent security patch installed or after updating of new android version update.

 i clear all cache memory, even i reset the phone but the problem still occurs . I'm a working professional and i can't watch videos, friends whatsapp statuses and screen is like pause or slow motion video but sound continuously running.

Does anyone have any idea how this can be fixed or samsung service centre may fix the issue?
