my j7 prime does not show USB mass storage memomy card only show phone memory

reset the settings & check & if it didn't worked reset the device before get everything backup except settings(If your device supports USB mass storage function get it checked)

But before reseting phone
Switch off your phone
Remove sd card
Re start. your phone.Just watch whether sd card is detected.
Again switch off phone and insert sd card and restart phone.
Note if sd card is detected.On asking permission open it.
I think it will work.
