Now a days samsung does not considered.

J series mobile phones.

So many new model phone and privious year mobile phones get android version 10 upgrade.

But till now Samsung galaxy j7 series' does not get anything till now.

What happened inside yr coustomer engagement.

It's very disappointment.

Seriously I am telling now a days samsung does not considered j7 Series mobile phones.

There is nothing to blame samsung as they already gave all the major os updates they promised to give j series ...
Hope u already got 2 major os as my dad's j6 already got it and now its on biannual update list ..

Also j series is discontinued by samsung and if u buy a phone that doesn't mean it will get update everytime ...
It's a midrange series not flagship and also many are launched before 2019 ..
So as per Samsung's new update policy all the phone launched in and after 2019 devices are eligible for that udpate policy ...

Be Happy bro ,Not getting updates is a very good thing ,nowadays ,because getting a buggy frequent update is worst ,than ,not getting any updates and using mobile freely.
