Guide me Solve a White Square Notification ikon seeing 

on left top...

I think recently you were trying to download any apps, its the symbol of app failed to get downloaded.

So there is an error. This can be an error in the app or a missing authorization.

Drag down status bar and now press and hold the notifications with white square, now check if any option like details or more settings are showing..
or
check recently installed apps or you were trying to install any apps,uninstall that and install it again..(I guess, it might be one of the reason)

Nothing seems After Drag Down, but still there is the ikon

Uninstall recently installed apps or check recently installed apps or notifications of all apps(installed recently)

run your device in safe mode and if the notification icon is gone than its because of any app you install recently
