Unable to place a direct video call

Since the new update on my samsung galaxy j7 2016 I'm unable to place a direct video call or so called 4g calling.Please fix it it's so annoying or i will have to go for a custom rom.

Did it over 5 times.Nothing happened.Even i took out the sim and inserted it again but nothing happened

ok use only one sim... keep it in lte mode... check whether u have enough internet balance

Try it with other company sim may be some problem with jio
