Unable to place a direct video call

Since the new update on my samsung galaxy j7 2016 I'm unable to place a direct video call or so called 4g calling.Please fix it it's so annoying or i will have to go for a custom rom.

I have same issue in my phone Samsung galaxy on nxt from long time, & I have received new updated today but video calling issue still not resolve.
Samsung software service is very bad.

i am using airtel. and also contact to customer care. there is no issue in my sim.

I guess airtel doesn't allows to make direct video calls if the two persons are on different plans.
