Unable to place a direct video call

Since the new update on my samsung galaxy j7 2016 I'm unable to place a direct video call or so called 4g calling.Please fix it it's so annoying or i will have to go for a custom rom.

here is the fix for all
those who direct video calling problem ... problem is Binary update ..
so
U need to download Russia (SER) firmwere ..
yes u should try to download ur currently security patch .Like Russia firmwere ....if it not working then download Russia Latest security patch one.. flash it over ur current rom with odin...with india Home Csc to get volte ..
And after that without wipe flash ur country firmwere ... ..and try call ..it well working and than wipe and u done ...

Finally Samsung fixed the problem today with a software update. However it took Samsung 24 days to push an update to fix a little problem which is such a shame. Well, thank you Samsung for finally fixing my problem.
