Unable to make video call from j7 prime

I have to write this again because my problem is still not solved. when i make video call the screen flashes and the call ends.what to do??

Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that please follow the steps below to make video call :-

1. The video calling option is appear next to the voice call logo.

2. After tapping on the video call you will be able to make a video call.

3. To connect via video call the other person should have 3G/4G connectivity and the front camera in his device.

same answer once more. i know how to do a video call but it is not working .when i choose video call option the call ends automatically.

I updated my Galaxy on NXT before 10 days. After the update the set is unable to make a vediocall. Kindly help me.

Bro i m also facing same problem in my On nxt mobile. please samsung admin help me . how to resolve this video calling issue . Volte function not working . its showing shadow in setting .
