Unable to change Ring tone crom SD card

Pls help me . Unable to select the ring tone from SD card. When i click the open from phone it is only showing drive , starred,recent... etc

Thank you for sharing your concern. Kindly check ringtone option under Main menu>>setting >>sound and notification >>Set ringtone. As of now you can use only predefined ringtones.

The issue is unable to select the ring tones from SD card. Only option is My drive , Recent ....
these facilities are working with internet. How can i select

Try this:

Download Samsung music app and it allows you to set the other Ring tone from your music library. hope it resolve your issue.
