For the last 2/3 weeks, my mobile Samsung J7 Prime is taking some 5/6 hours to get charged. Can somebody help me as to what exactly the problem ciuld be ss the handset is hardly 1 year old and using the charger provided by the company.

charging reading should be more than 1200
