Samsung's Exynos 7870 microprocessors are capable of Delivering LTE Cat6 connectivity. Considering of this covid-19 pandemic, it is my humble request to Samsung Electronics to Please enable software support for LTE Cat6 connectivity through Software update and also give Android 10 update if possible.
J series devices are mostly out of support now, so I don't see Samsung providing it, and Android 10 won't be given because your devuce has already received 2 major updates.
