Stop working main speaker in galaxy j7 max.

I bought galaxy j7 max 10 days ago.suddenly, today its speaker stop working, they automatically stop the sound but video run or play again when we touch the screen.
whats that problem.
please anyone suggest me.

ha.. aa sakta hai... mere previous phone grand max me ye prb aata tha kv kv but after 1.5 years of mobile purchased
