Speakers stop working.

I have Samsung Galaxy j6 Plus and when ever I press the power button two to three times the speaker automatically stop working and when I open YouTube video it always lags too much and sound don't come and i need to restart phone. And it happens 4 to 5 times a day. When i press the power button. Plz anyone help me. 

If anyone will help me i ill be very thnx ful.
