My phone hanged and when unlock it and move to device care😭 this happen 

I cant screen shot , my files app not working , device care shows your storage 4gb / 4gb full but i have 64 gb storage and device care stops working most of my app not working 😢

Try to remove some apps from your phone. Do a wipe cache ones. Maybe that helps. 🤔

4gb/4gb it's Ram bro ..
Delete unnecessary apps and other files or move those files to SD card..

No when i go to storage its show

Bro open device care and come to home screen by clicking home button ..

Go to recent menu and go to safe mode of device care , clear cache , and clear data of device care ..

Just try

Try Safe Mode.

Press and hold power off icon till you get a popup saying reboot in Safe Mode.
