[Solved]:Charge slow registered this complaint aftet august update ..till now no response

Hello i used only a Samsung charger ,cable that i got with a mobile Samsung galaxy j7 2016..just bought  two months ago ...Charge very slow i registered this complaint after august software update ..till now no response...several time i registered this complaint plz solve this issue in next update soon ...
