I Have A Problem. My J7 Prime Device Android Version Is 6.0.1 Which Is Old When I Click To Software Update It Seems "The Device Is Already Updated" And I Purchased My Device In Arabia And Now I Am Using It In India So I Want Help To Update My Device.

Hey Aamir,
I'm using galaxy J8 (10GF), and its running on android 10 and security patch was updated in September...

As fas as I know, samsung will not provide further updates for these out dated models

Android 8 is the last version of J7 Prime. Pie version wont come because it is already got 2 major OS updates i.e, nougat and oreo.
