Slow charging

Anyone facing slow charging problem in J7 Prime2 aka On7 [2018]? It's taking 5 to 6 hours to get 100% charge from 15%- 20%. Is it hardware problem or software? 




☆J7 Prime users kindly stay away. We are using different products with different Oreo and different ui version.

at first change your charging cable
2 try to charge your device when it power off and observe the behaviour.
3 use any other samung fast charger.

when I face this problem I usually charge it doing switch off then I charge.


show charging can be face when your device is heat more then normal temperature.

avvii already tried another Samsung charger and cable. it doesn't worked.

btw I don't have any Samsung fast charger.

there are lots of reason of slow charging. like
dont use your phone while charging.
it happns if your mobile storage is almost full.

if u can have unofficial or untrusted apps which always run in background and consume proccess or data. if u have unko turant kudedaan mai daal do.
some times third party data saving aaps or battery saving aaps causes slow charging.
u can turn off mobile data and sync while charging.

sonijis7edge something time I use phone during charging but not this time.
set has 7 GB free storage + 9/10 GB memory card storage
no unofficial app installed in handset
already stopped all background apps which was running.
I only use a few social media apps

and I tried all of those sort of thing to increase charging speed and nothing worked.

So my last destination is our nearest service centre .
