Slow charging in J7 Pro... no update since December 2018

Samsung J7 Pro is facing a problem of slow charging. Further, OTG which used to work with my J7 Pro is not supported now.. it works fine in other samsung devices.. moreover, samsung ju pro is still working on November security patch.. plz fix the issues

Change your USB cable. The probpem is Samsung's poor quality usb cable. I'm using my brother's Oppo usb cable and problem is gone. Also clean your charging port with alcoholo and brush.
