What is the benefit of this two option?

Can anyone explain this details

1st option is : when u make a call a pop is shown for selecting sim for call.

2nd option is: when forwarding calls when ur any one number, which u enter in this feature ,is not available..

first one is when you call some one the phone will ask from which sim u want to call.
and second smart dual sim if you activate the you get call waiting while using both sim cards.

but this same thing will happened with me without active 1st option. phone ask me every time before call
