We all are puchased j7 pro in 20k which is not little amount for any person but after update the j7 pro we all facing many problem in j7 pro like slow touch response batter draining problem etc. Why are you not fixing problem why? We all are facing problem since 6 month and till now you have not given any update. This is enough time to fix any problem. You are one of the leading company in mobile market in all over the world but it seems that you are ignoring your valuable customer. I have used only samsung mobile till now but sorry to say that my j7 pro will be last mobile from samsung brand.
