Security patch update for Galaxy J6 2018

I hope the problem with the previous update where the notification panel had a mix of both white and dark shades when you switch from night mode to day, gets fixed on this update.

one concern that is indeed troubling is the error I get continously "Not registered on Network" and the mobile requires reboot each time post reboot able to call and use the mobile internet and also receive incoming calls. I've changed the sim but issue persists. Any particular reason for M30 to behave. while the same Sim works without any trouble on M20.Kindly guide.
