Sd card

Sometimes sd card is not responding properly. When I transfer any files to sd card, it's not opening that file when I want. When I remove sd card and re enter it that file is delecting. Please give me solution for that problem.

I can't paste a file in my sd card. And when I want to delete a file it show a message "failed to delete".
