Samsung member issue

Hey guys could anyone tell me is Samsung members working properly online butn my smartphone it takes to long time to open that's why I open this offline after that I used to open my data network .

There is some bug in members, I also experience it some days ago. After series of restart and clear cache now it is better.

when network is strong it opens fast otherwise ☹

may be this would be problem.
I was facing this as well, but after changing my sim (network operator.) I never again faced this.
