Facing problem of this Samsung  needs  to understand  the problem of phone provide update regularly

Hi there,

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-

1) Clear the Cache of the camera (setting>>apps>>camera>>storage>>clear data and cache).

2) Do the reset settings of the camera (camera>>setting>>reset setting).

To resolve the hanging issue please follow below mentioned steps:

> Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).
> Ensure 20% of internal memory of device is free (Scroll down notification panel > Setting > Device maintenance > storage).

>Do the reset app preference (setting>>apps>>three dots on the right top>>reset app preferences).
