My phone again n again getting switch off and freeze .. this happen only after update of android 10 .. what can i do ?

if its not enble go to service center and reinstall software you problem slove

Try resetting the device.If that didn't work,reinstall the OS using Smart Switch.
Always update your device using stable networks.

Its usually happens when you have updated to the newer version, and you will hav to do the clear the (Cache) using recovery mode ( pres the both volume down key and power key nd hold the 10 to 20 seconds nd later recovery mode option will be appear & find the clear cache and reboot your device

i did reset the device atleast 10 or 12 times after that same problem i face

yes u can but its risky. u have to download the android 8 oreo firmware files on Sammobiles.com or Samsungfirmwarefiles.com. and download the Odin application on your computer copy firmware files on your computer now open the Odin application and connect your phone to the computer
