I am very much confident that Samsung galaxy J7 Max is the best available mid range phone when it comes to the features we all want to see in our phones. But the concern is the Bluetooth of the phone. I am facing annoying problem when I am trying to connect my phone with the Bluetooth headphone it takes a lot of time and when it connects there is a large audio dropout. After 5 minutes of connectivity it disconnects and some time the pairing creates havoc. Please help me to fix this problem

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Community and for taking time to write us. We regret for the Bluetooth issue facing in the device. In order to fix the issue please follow the below steps:

- Navigate to settings >> General management >> Reset >> Reset network settings.
- Check connecting with other Bluetooth headset.
- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.
- If still issue persists, the relevant department will serve you better, if you can provide logs/video within 15 minutes of issue occurrence by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
