It's not a theme. Samsung Max app got dark theme update.

its not a dark theme frst of all..its call max data saving mode...

Nope, the latest version available in the Galaxy store is completely black in Theme. I had Max which is installed from Play store; uninstalled it and installed the new one from Galaxy store.
